Production Process

The installation process strictly follow the SOP process. Ensure product consistency and stability.

Use testing equipment and testing equipment (three-coordinate measuring instrument, dynamic balance machine, vibration measuring instrument) for strict inspection, inspection process and data record for filing, to ensure that every component and product is qualified.

Every product delivered has undergone strict operation testing for up to 4 hours, without re-adjustment, and can be turned on and used directly, saving adjustment and test time.

Whether welding, casting, heat treatment, machining and other manufacturing processes are within the control range. The purchased parts are also within the control range, so that the mechanical structure is solid and stable without deformation, which improves the stability of the equipment.
