Cooperating with agents in more than 20 countries and districts and regions around the world, we can respond to customer after-sales service needs within 2 hours and provide solutions within 24 hours. Relying on the MSG system on the equipment, remote operation and maintenance services can be realized.

Regularly pay back visits to customers, provide equipment testing services and sanding process guidance and training services.

Maintenance

Installation, inspection and delivery. Then next is the maintenance. Wong calls the list every month. He needs to make sure all the MOTIMAC can be maintained correctly. “Guidance and training is necessary” He says. Correct operation can prolong the machine and reduce maintenance cost.
