In 2021 Cambodian YongHua factory bought 34sets MOTIMAC sanding machines, including 3D brush sander, lacquer sander and bottom-up sanding line.

In March, 2022, all the Motimac sanding machines were delivered to Yonghua factory. On 7th,June, our after-sale manager Mr.Wong flied to Cambodia for training and after-sale service.

 

Motimac is obliged to take on more responsibilities in the research and development as well as an innovator of sanding technology. We need high-tech and team work too. Therefore our sanding machine can help the client as mush as possible.

 

Mr.Wong said that The most important for a after-sale team is walking into the workshop, discussing with the workers, checking every step. Know the real needs and finish sanding, and then combine the sanding theory and the on-site usage. And finally meet our clients needs. This is what Motimac is working on.

 

How to use the machine effectively? How to save workers? How to have a better finishing sanding? All of these are the client want. Based on these needs, Mr.Wong carefully taught every workers, did training and read the manual book with them. Mr.Wong stayed in the factory except for sleep. After one and half month, he finished his work and was highly praised by the factory. Our client said that Motimac sell not only machines but also good service
